
In late 2017, I embarked on a transformative journey towards health and wellness. At 250lbs and 30% body fat, I had just overcome substance abuse and was seeking to fill the void in my life. Taking the first step, I joined a gym and immediately found solace in the invigorating feeling it provided and the resurgence of energy within me. Consistently hitting the gym every other day, I noticed gains in muscle mass and an improved body composition, fueling my determination further.
Driven by my progress, I increased my workout frequency to include two additional weekly sessions. I delved into the independent fitness study to deepen my understanding and enhance my progress. As those around me started noticing my transformation, they sought my guidance and advice on achieving similar results. Then, I discovered a genuine passion for sharing my knowledge and experiences to help others reach their fitness goals.
Currently weighing 205lbs with 16% body fat, I decided to elevate my journey by enrolling in courses through ISSA in November 2023. I pursued certifications in Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and Online Coach Specialization to expand my expertise and capabilities. My ultimate aim is to inspire and support as many individuals as possible in pursuing health and wellness goals.
